Straight from Sicily to New Orleans, our Red Gravy recipe was born in the breathtaking hills of Salaparuta, Sicily and brought to New Orleans in the late 1800s. Our beloved “Red Gravy” (as New Orleans locals refer to it) was proudly served in our restaurant, Tony Mandina’s, for over 40 years. Slow simmered and versatile, our Red Gravy delivers an incredibly rich, homemade taste.
